The iTunes Music Festival in London showcased some incredibly talented musicians this month. Here’s a video of Linkin Park covering Adelle’s song “Rolling In The Deep”.

So I recently got a chance to see the documentary on the the Kings of Leon entitled, Talihina Sky: The Story of the Kings of Leon at the Tribeca Film Festival! Not only was it an awesome documentary showcasing the story of the band, but I got a chance to pick the Director’s brain a bit after the Q&A session. The director, Stephen C. Mitchell, is such an awesome guy and is extremely passionate about the bands life long journey. If your a fan of the Kings of Leon, then I highly recommend you go and see it when you get a chance! Any who, here is one of my favorite older songs from Followill boys.

March 8th is right around the corner and one of my favorite Grammy Award winning artists is about to release his new album entitled, Lasers. The disagreements between Lupe Fiasco and Atlantic Records once had this highly anticipated project at a stand still with no completion date in sight. However, thanks to Lupe’s loyal fan base they were able to raleigh in his defense and get the album back on track. Any who, here is a track from the new album. The song “Shinning Down” is one of the bonus tracks on the album, which features vocals from Matthew Santos. This isn’t the first time Santos and Fiasco have worked together and like always their collaborative efforts pay off. Enjoy the track and make sure to check out the full release this Tuesday!

As of this Tuesday Kid Cudi released his second studio album entitled Man On The Moon Vol. II : The Legend of Mr. Rager. Once again this album follows its predecessor Man On The Moon Vol. I with an eclectic range of beats/sounds. If you enjoyed Cudi’s first album, then make sure to pick up his second installment. Here is one of my favorite songs off of the new album “Scott Mescudi Vs. The World”. Enjoy!

Winter is right around the corner and it sure feels like it these days in NY. Lucky enough I found a song that’ll definitely bring some warmth into your chilly days to come. Dirty Gold is a new band out of San Diego, California. Their song “California Sunrise” is toasty and laid back, which is also accompanied by an awesome video.
